Yes, our spa breaks all include access to our facilities including hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools and thermal experiences.*

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment to settle in and take time to talk to your therapist about your treatment..
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 48 hours before your appointments. Within 48 hours, you can expect to be charged 50% of your booking costs.
We advise all guests to bring a bathing suit as we will provide a bathrobe and slippers for your comfort.
Following our health and safety regulations, the minimum age for spa treatments and use of the thermal experience is 16.
We use ishga seaweed-based products from the Hebrides for all spa treatments.
Thainstone House in Inverurie has gym facilities which can be accessed by members and guests.
All of our spa hotels are dog friendly. Our hotels can accommodate up to two dogs per room with an additional cost of £20 per dog, per night.
